Users must be at least 18 years of age. Wallet balances funded via debit card or bank transfer are non-interest bearing and may be applied toward delivery fees. Refunds to bank accounts are subject to gateway verification and a maximum processing fee of up to 2.5%.
Users agree not to submit false recipient details, harass dispatch personnel, attempt off-app cash negotiations that defeat tracking mechanisms, or scrape platform APIs. Violations may lead to immediate account suspension.
