Rider Partners operate as independent contractors. Riders must maintain valid rider permits, personal identification, roadworthy motorcycles, certified safety helmets, high-visibility reflective vests, and third-party insurance.
2. ZERO-TOLERANCE SAFETY POLICY: SStore enforces absolute zero-tolerance for alcohol or drug use while on active dispatch. Helmets are mandatory at all times. Any rider involved in an accident must report the incident to SStore Control within 2 hours.
Riders deactivated for low ratings or conduct violations may submit a formal written appeal to riders@sstore.ng within 14 calendar days for administrative review.
