Version 1.0.0 • Effective Date: August 06, 2026 • Corporate Entity: SStore Integrated Solutions
LEGAL BINDING NOTICE: By generating a waybill, booking a dispatch, funding a wallet, or utilizing the SStore Deliveries platform, you ("Shipper", "Consignor", "User") enter into a legally binding contract governed by these Master Terms with SStore Integrated Solutions (operating as "SStore Deliveries"). If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.
SStore Integrated Solutions operates as a logistics technology platform, courier manager, and freight dispatch facilitator under the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. These Master Terms are structured in alignment with the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA 2018), the Nigerian Postal Service (NIPOST) Act, and applicable principles of Contract and Common Law. SStore operates as a private carrier manager and reserves the right to decline carriage for any consignment that fails safety or regulatory checks.
The Shipper explicitly warrants and guarantees that:
Freight tariffs are computed dynamically based on distance, weight, CBM volume, vehicle class, and route demand. SStore Integrated Solutions reserves the right to re-weigh or re-measure packages at terminals and retroactively adjust invoices where discrepancies are discovered prior to final delivery.
All charges must be paid prior to dispatch or release of goods unless a corporate credit arrangement exists. SStore Integrated Solutions exercises a General Legal Lien over all cargo tendered for any unpaid freight, storage demurrage, or previous balances owed by the Shipper.
To eliminate disputes and ensure accountability, SStore automatically records digital evidence for every delivery booking, including GPS pickup/drop-off coordinates, timestamps, OTP logs, rider package photos (before/after pickup), IP addresses, and device identifiers. These records form binding documentary evidence in dispute resolutions.
