1. Liability Framework & Standard Caps

Unless otherwise required by non-waivable provisions of applicable Nigerian law, and except where physical loss directly results from proven fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct by SStore personnel, SStore's financial liability for verified loss or physical destruction is limited to:

• The actual freight fee paid for the specific shipment booking; OR
• A maximum financial limit of ₦10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) per local consignment, whichever is lower.

International freight shipments carry a maximum aggregate compensation limit capped at 30% to 50% of verified cost value (up to US$100 maximum per shipment) unless declared value insurance was pre-purchased.

2. Claim Reporting Timelines

All claims for cargo damage or loss must be formally submitted in writing with photos and original receipts to team@sstore.ng within strict windows:

1. Local Deliveries: Within 24 hours of delivery completion or OTP entry.
2. Interstate Shipments: Within 72 hours of pickup confirmation.
3. International Shipments: Within 7 calendar days of customs release.
