Events Beyond Reasonable Control • Highway Risks • Liability Exclusions

FORCE MAJEURE PROTECTION: SStore Integrated Solutions shall not be held liable for failure, delay, cargo damage, or loss directly caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to Acts of God, highway tanker explosions, severe flooding, armed robbery, highway hijacking, civil commotion, political riots, government blockades, or customs impoundments.

1. Recognized Uncontrollable Events

SStore maintains operational diligence, but transit conditions across Nigerian transportation corridors present uncontrollable risks. SStore is released from liability where failure or delay is caused by:

Vehicle or fuel tanker fires on major highways not arising from SStore's gross negligence.
Severe flash floods, rainstorms, collapsed roads, or natural disasters.
Armed robbery, violent piracy, or highway blockades.
Civil unrest, curfew declarations, or military orders.
Government impoundment or statutory regulatory inspections.
