Version 1.0.0 • Statutory Governance Framework

Master Terms & Conditions of Service

Effective Date: August 06, 2026 • Entity: SStore Integrated Solutions (t/a SStore Deliveries)

LEGAL BINDING CONTRACT: By creating an account, generating a digital waybill, booking a dispatch, transferring funds to an in-app wallet, or tendering goods to SStore Deliveries, you ("Shipper", "Consignor", "Customer") enter into a legally binding Contract of Carriage governed exclusively by these Master Terms with SStore Integrated Solutions. If you do not agree with any clause herein, you must refrain from using our services.

1. Statutory Framework & Corporate Status

SStore Integrated Solutions operates as a licensed logistics technology manager, courier platform, and freight dispatch facilitator under the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. These Master Terms are structured pursuant to the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA 2018), the Nigerian Postal Service (NIPOST) Act Cap N127 LFN 2004, and applicable principles of Nigerian Common Law governing Bailment and Carriage of Goods. SStore operates as a private carrier manager and reserves the right to decline service or cargo to any individual or entity that fails safety or regulatory verification.

2. Shipper Warranties & Packaging Rules

When booking a shipment via our application or website, the Shipper explicitly warrants and guarantees that:

They are either the absolute legal owner of the goods tendered or the duly authorized agent empowered to bind the owner to these Terms.
All cargo descriptions, declared valuation, item counts, weights, cubic measurements (CBM), and recipient contact information (including mobile numbers) provided are 100% accurate, truthful, and complete.
The consignment contains no contraband, hazardous substances, or items listed under our Prohibited & Hazardous Cargo Policy.
The cargo is securely packed in protective crating, padded cartons, or sealed tamper-evident containers capable of withstanding ordinary road transport vibrations, handling, and climate variations on Nigerian roads.

3. Pricing, Tariffs & Re-Weigh Rights

Freight tariffs are calculated dynamically by SStore's server pricing engine based on distance, weight (KG), volume (CBM), vehicle classification, and real-time route surge multipliers (up to 2.0x during peak traffic, severe weather, or public holidays). SStore Integrated Solutions reserves the absolute legal right to re-weigh or re-measure any consignment at its sorting hubs and retroactively adjust invoices where physical measurement discrepancies are discovered prior to final delivery release.

4. Payments, Escrow & General Carrier Lien

All freight charges, clearance surcharges, and handling tariffs must be paid in full prior to cargo dispatch or release at destination, unless an authorized corporate credit account exists. SStore Integrated Solutions exercises a General Legal Lien over all cargo tendered to it for any unpaid freight charges, demurrage, storage fees, or previous debts owed by the Shipper. SStore shall retain possession of the consignment until all outstanding balances are fully liquidated.

5. Digital Evidence Logging & Audit Records

To eliminate disputes, guarantee safety, and provide absolute operational transparency, SStore automatically records digital evidence for every delivery transaction. This includes GPS pickup and drop-off coordinates, server timestamps, Security OTP verification logs, rider package photographs before and after pickup, IP addresses, browser fingerprints, and device IDs. The Shipper agrees that these digital records constitute admissible documentary evidence in any legal or administrative dispute.

6. Indemnification & Hold Harmless

The Shipper agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SStore Integrated Solutions, its directors, employees, dispatch partners, agents, and sub-contractors from and against any claims, losses, fines, penalties, damages, or legal costs arising out of the Shipper’s breach of any warranty, false cargo declaration, inadequate packaging, or tender of prohibited goods.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced exclusively under the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any controversy or dispute arising out of or relating to this Contract shall first be submitted to informal dispute resolution at the SStore Legal Department in Lagos State. Where unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration or the High Court of Lagos State or the Federal High Court of Nigeria.
